Kakobuy Spreadsheet categories and inspection questions

Find a product category, then check the evidence, buying terms and shipping restrictions that matter for that item.

On this page

Sixteen categories, with different questions to ask

Choose a category to open the product catalogue. Womenswear opens search results; the other links open category pages. Read the actual listing before copying its seller URL into Kakobuy. The photos below are category examples, not a current offer or verified product.

Choose the evidence your product needs

Product typeUseful question before purchaseLimit to remember
Clothing, shoes and bagsWhich size, colour, dimensions and included parts must the photos show?An appearance check cannot establish every hidden defect, material claim or fit.
Accessories and sealed packsWill the packaging remain sealed? Which visible details can be photographed?A photo of the outside does not prove the contents or authenticity.
Electronics and watchesWhat function or specification needs seller confirmation?Do not assume warehouse QC includes power-on or specialist testing.
Eyewear, perfume and fragile goodsDoes the exact route accept the material, liquid or battery? What damage exclusions apply?A liquid category checkbox does not establish perfume acceptance or insurance coverage.

The inspection policy describes opening certain categories such as garments, bags, suitcases and shoes while keeping sealed packaging closed. These are service limits, not automatic claim outcomes. Confirm any unusual request with support before buying.

From catalogue card to an order record

  • Open the exact seller listing and save its link, chosen variant and important claims.
  • Check seller return eligibility, minimum quantities and whether the purchase uses the manual form.
  • Budget for domestic shipping, conversion, payment fees, international freight and destination charges.
  • When the item arrives, compare its QC images with your saved order details before submitting an overseas parcel.

A dead listing, missing size chart or unclear material is a reason to pause. The next product with the same picture may have a different seller, specification or batch. Ask a precise question rather than transferring assumptions from one listing to another.
